Returns/exchanges of non-sale products will result in a credit to your account’s sleek.fo wallet. There are no cash or financial returns available.
• If the product does not match your expectations, you may return it for a new style within 36 hours or receive a *credit to sleek.fo’s wallet.
• If you purchase from a retail shop or third-party website other than sleek.fo, you must do the analysis directly via that retailer.
Once received at our warehouse, our staff will thoroughly inspect the items. If our team discovers the product to be defective, used, or stained, the product will no longer be eligible for exchange or refund and will be returned to you with shipping charges applied.
Any refund request will be processed only after the returned product has been reviewed.
If you don’t like the product, you have the following options:
1. Product replacement with a new product
2. Credit to sleek.fo’s wallet in the amount of the product’s purchase price.
Glassware Refund and Return Policy:
• Refunds will be granted only in the event of defects.
• Returns will be initiated only after obtaining an opening video of the box on account of damaged items sent to you.
• There will be no exchange if we discover: (i) the product was used prior to the exchange.
(ii) deteriorated after birth.
• A video of the parcel being opened is required.
• The product must be unused, with all tags still attached.

After analysing the merchandise, we will notify you of your credit status within 36 hours of receiving it at the warehouse.If your return is accepted, we will apply your credit to sleek.fo’s wallet and notify you via email.
Cancellation:
You can inform us about your cancellation with a reason within 24 hours after making an order or before shipment; if your cancellation is validated, a refund will be executed.
The order cannot be cancelled after it has been dispatched. If the cancellation request is made after the product has been shipped, a refund will be sent to the back account.

PICK UP IN THE OTHER DIRECTION:
- The pickup is subject to service availability at your PIN code.
- If reverse pickup is not possible, we request that you return the merchandise to the location supplied by us. (If a refund is requested, the buyer must bear the cost.)
- PLEASE NOTE: AS PER INDIAN TAX REGULATIONS, THE REVERSE PICKUP CHARGES BORNE BY YOU TO SEND THE PRODUCT CAN BE REFUNDED IN THE BANK ACCOUNT.
